Moderate to Heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over #Cebu(CebuCity, MandaueCity and Consolacion) within the next 30 minutes to an hour.

The above conditions are being experienced in #Cebu(ToledoCity, Pinamungajan, Aloguinsan, Liloan, Compostela, DanaoCity, Carmen, Catmon and Sogod) which may persist within 1 to 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.

TROPICAL STORM GARDO ENTERS THE PHILIPPINE AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY (PAR).

Location of eye/center : The center of Tropical Storm GARDO was estimated based on all available data at at 1,400 km East of Extreme Northern Luzon (19.5, 134.8).
Strength : Maximum winds of 85 kph near the centerand gustiness of up to 105 kph.
Forecast movement : Forecast to move Westward at 45 kph

Severe Winds

The Southwest Monsoon and will bring strong to gale-force gusts over the following areas (especially in coastal and upland areas exposed to winds):

Today: Most of Luzon, Panay Island, and Negros Occidental.
Tomorrow (26 June): Most of Luzon.
Saturday (27 June): Most of Luzon.

24-Hour Sea Condition Outlook

Up to rough seas over the following coastal waters:
Up to 3.0 m: The seaboard of Batanes.
Mariners of small seacrafts, including all types of motorbancas, are advised not to venture out to sea under these conditions, especially if inexperienced or operating ill-equipped vessels.

Up to moderate seas over the following coastal waters:
Up to 2.5 m: The northern and western seaboards of Babuyan Islands; the northern seaboard of Ilocos Norte.
Up to 2.0 m: The remaining seaboards of Babuyan Islands and Ilocos Norte; the seaboards of mainland Cagayan, Isabela, northern Aurora, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Zambales, Lubang Island, and Kalayaan Islands; the western seaboards of Pangasinan, Bataan, and Batangas.
Mariners of motorbancas and similarly sized vessels are advised to take precautionary measures while venturing out to sea and, if possible, avoid navigation under these conditions.

Other coastal waters have forecast wave heights of less than 2.0 m.

TRACK AND INTENSITY OUTLOOK
It must be emphasized that heavy rainfall and severe winds may still be experienced in localities outside the forecast confidence cone. Refer to Other Hazards affecting Land Areas for more details. Furthermore, the track may still shift within the limit of the forecast confidence cone.
Tropical Storm GARDO will remain far from the Philippine landmass throughout the forecast period. It is forecast to move north northwestward to northward until it exits PAR by tomorrow (26 June) morning or afternoon. Outside PAR, it is expected to turn generally northeastward towards southern Japan.
GARDO is likely to remain as a Tropical Storm throughout the forecast period, although slight intensification into Severe Tropical Storm is not ruled out.

FRANCISCO MAINTAINS ITS STRENGTH WHILE MOVING NORTH NORTHEASTWARD TOWARDS RYUKYU ISLANDS

Location of eye/center : The center of Severe Tropical Storm FRANCISCO was estimated based on all available data at at 625 km Northeast of Itbayat, Batanes (24.8, 126.1).
Strength : Maximum winds of 95 kph near the centerand gustiness of up to 115 kph.
Forecast movement : Forecast to move North Northeastward at 15 kph

FRANCISCO will continue moving generally northeastward towards Ryukyu Islands and sea south of mainland Japan throughout the forecast period. On the track forecast, FRANCISCO will exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) within the next 6 hours.
FRANCISCO is forecast to further weaken and will be downgraded to tropical storm tomorrow (26 June).
