Meanwhile, the center| lof Tropical Storm "GARDO" {HIGOS} was estimated based on all available data at 1,420 km East of Extreme Northern| Luzon (19.4°N, 135.0°E) with maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 105 km/h. It is| moving Northwestward at 45 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.
