MAXIMUM SUSTAINED SURFACE WINDS WERE ESTIMATED AT 35 KNOTS GUSTING TO 45 KNOTS. SEE REF B (WTPN32 PGTW 230300) FOR FURTHER DETAILS. The above conditions are being experienced in #Siquijor(SanJuan, Siquijor, Lazi), #NegrosOriental(Zamboanguita, Pamplona), #Iloilo(Leganes, Zarraga, Dumangas), #OccidentalMindoro(Paluan), #Palawan(Cagayancillo) and #Antique(Caluya) which may persist within 1 to 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.
