TROPICAL CYCLONE SUMMARY: (1) AT 01AUG26 0000Z, TYPHOON 12W (DOLPHIN) WAS LOCATED NEAR 20.2N 158.3E, APPROXIMATELY 1718 NM EAST OF KADENA AB, AND HAD TRACKED WEST-NORTHWESTWARD AT 09 KNOTS OVER THE PAST SIX HOURS. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED SURFACE WINDS WERE ESTIMATED AT 125 KNOTS GUSTING TO 150 KNOTS. SEE REF A (WTPN31 PGTW 010300) FOR FURTHER DETAILS. (2) NO OTHER TROPICAL CYCLONES. B. Light to Moderate to Occasionally Heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over #DavaoDelNorte(CityOfTagum, CityOfPanabo, Carmen, BraulioE.Dujali), #DavaoCity, #DavaoDeOro(Monkayo, Maragusan, Maco), #DavaoOriental(Boston, Manay), #SurigaoDelSur(Tagbina, Barobo, CityOfBislig, Lingig), #NorthCotabato(Midsayap, Aleosan, Pikit), #MaguindanaoDelNorte(Matanog, Parang), #LanaoDelSur(Kapatagan, Balabagan), #ZamboangaDelSur(Tabina and Pitogo) within the next 1-2 hours.

The above conditions are being experienced in #DavaoOriental(Baganga, Lupon, Banaybanay, Cateel, Caraga), #DavaoDelNorte(CityOfSamal), #DavaoDeOro(Mabini, Pantukan) and #SurigaoDelSur(Hinatuan) which may persist within 1-2 hours and may affect nearby areas.
