The above conditions are being experienced in #Catanduanes(Bato, Baras, Gigmoto, Virac, SanMiguel, Viga, Panganiban, Bagamanoc, Pandan), #NorthernSamar(Mapanas, Gamay and Lapinig) which may persist within 1 to 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.
