The above conditions are being experienced in #Siquijor(SanJuan, Lazi, Siquijor), #SouthernLeyte(Sogod), #Leyte(Hilongos, Hindang, Inopacan), #Cebu(SanFrancisco and Poro) which may persist within 1 to 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.
