The above conditions are being experienced in #Biliran(Almeria, Kawayan, Culaba), #EasternSamar(Guiuan, Maslog, Jipapad), #Samar(Gandara, SanJorge, Pagsanghan, Tarangnan, Jiabong, Motiong, Matuguinao, SanJoseDeBuan, Paranas, CalbayogCity, SantaMargarita and CityOfCatbalogan) which may persist within 1 to 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.

Moderate to occasionally Heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over #Cagayan(SantaAna, Gonzaga, SantaTeresita, Buguey, Aparri, Ballesteros and Calayan) within the next 1 to 2 hours.
All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards. Residents along mountain slope are advised for possible landslides mudslides, rockslides and flash flood.
