MINIMUM SEA LEVEL PRESSURE IS ESTIMATED TO BE NEAR 1006 MB. THE POTENTIAL FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SIGNIFICANT TROPICAL CYCLONE WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS IS MEDIUM. ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS REVEALS UNFAVORABLE CONDITIONS FOR DEVELOPMENT, WITH LOW VERTICAL WIND SHEAR (10-15 KTS) AND EQUATORWARD OUTFLOW ALOFT; HOWEVER, ONGOING LAND INTERACTION OVER THE PHILIPPINES REMAINS THE PRIMARY LIMITING FACTOR FOR FURTHER CONSOLIDATION.
