Moderate to Heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over #Samar(Jiabong, Daram, Talalora, CityOfCatbalogan, SanJorge, SanSebastian), #Leyte(Babatngon), #Biliran(Culaba, Caibiran and Cabucgayan) within the next 30 minutes to an hour.
The above conditions are being experienced in #EasternSamar(CityOfBorongan, SanJulian, Sulat, Taft, CanAvid, Dolores, Oras), #Samar(Paranas, Hinabangan, Motiong, Pinabacdao, Basey, SantaRita, Villareal, Zumarraga and Calbiga) which may persist within 1 to 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.
All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides. Keep monitoring for updates.
